SUPPLIER PREORDER

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS:

1) PLEASE DO NOT ADD A SUPPLIER PREORDER TO A CART WITH REGULAR STORE ITEMS. THESE ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED TOGETHER.

2) During check out look for “BULK Supplier Order Form”. It will be where you put your name/payment/shipping info during check out.

3) ALL Bulk or Supplier preorders are subject to supplier shipping policies. All items in these orders may take UP TO 3-5 weeks for delivery. There is no expedited shipping or other type of shipping on supplier preorders. The supplier only offers one type. We are ordering items that we do not keep in stock and waiting on them to arrive in order to ship them out. They may arrive in 2 weeks or they may take the full 5 weeks. We do not control this.

4) The supplier also has an insurance policy. Your package, if lost, will be reshipped once just for the shipping fee. In the event that you have ordered an item we do not stock or do not have in flow and the package is lost, another package will be shipped.

5) When your order is placed, you will recieve an email confirmation. When your order is processed and then shipped, you will also receive confirmation as well as tracking. If you placed your order correctly, made your payment and referenced your order number in your payment, you will not need to confirm that your order has been received.

6) If you want to add items to your order, cancel and reorder or please make another order and just pay the correct amount minus shipping at the cashapp.

7) If you do not see an item on the menu or on the website, we do not have it or supply it.
